~bogusrep: We bought rental property last May. This is *st winter and all new tenants. *st fl tenant complained of high bills and said she was billed for whole house. I (Landlord) called pseg to understand the bill structure for both floors. I only wanted to know what the *nd floor paid for- electricity and*or gas. And how were their bills compared to *st floor! I did not ask for ac no or figures. Just a pattern. *Well, REP was rude. She said only tenant can call and ask! My point was: even if tenant calls, ultimately its ME who will have to make the settlement. So I need to understand whats going on!**She said (all in a rude tone..seems she didnt have her mornign cup of coffee)..that she will not tell me anything. And that I need to hire an electrician to tell me which tenant pays what!!! REALLY?**Really? I need to hire an electrician to tell me whether *nd floor gets billed for gas?**And she insisted tenant to call? Why would *nd floor tenant, who is possibly not paying any bills, call to clar

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bogusrep: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PSE&G's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bogusrep: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PSE&G customers?
~bogusrep: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PSE&G to know who you are.
