~Argonne105: There's an employee that has taken a disliking to my everyday latte stops. I have complained about her to the manager (originally corporate without naming names). Things would improve for a week or two but now she has other employees in on her issues with me and frequently ******** up my lattes seemingly on purpose. She'll pour a ** oz into a ** oz cup even though I paid for a ** oz, she'll put whip cream when I asked for none, she'll put decaff espresso instead of regular...I could go on and on. I suspect she went as far as to put a laxative in my drink although I am not positive on that. She has other employees doing it now so that the manager thinks I am the problem for continuing to come back to complain. ****, I pay $* bucks a pop why shouldn't I get what I am paying for? Totally immature employees. After several issues I have finally given up on the Panara nearest to my home. Sad because they have a drive thru there, and I have Muscular Dystrophy so it was very convenient for me
