~vtine: I've submitted several ticket request and never reveived a reponse once. Customer service webpage *****. I've ordered several items through your organization will look elsewhere from here out. When you have such log wait times to speak to someone because of high call volume, apparently there's a problem with unhappy customers. After waiting *** mins. then you're reverted back to the home page to start the process of bieng on hold yet once again.*Help Ticket mess doesn't work.
