~aj: The problem isn't that I didn't receive a response. It's that they used a robot to respond, and the message basically told me to renew my account in order to login, which isn't what I wanted. **I wanted to be removed from their mailing list after I cancelled my photobucket account. Any spam should have stopped as soon as I cancelled, or within a couple of days. I received spam from them a week after cancelling my account.

~aj: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~aj: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Photobucket.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~aj: For that I would say one out of five.
