~mrefu: Worst visit in a Pizza Hut ever at **** E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ. Lady at the welcome desk phoned ** min., no eye contact or short communication "please wait" and afterwards had to fullfill some very important tasks!, ignored us visitors completely and let us waiting long time. Uninterested order receipt, no help for tourists, table not cleared and cleaned (later on demand), no service in the dining room, no water served, Chicken Supreme Pizza served after **-** in., warm (not hot), color pale, soft ground (not crispy) although well done ordered. No cutlery served - on demand only forks received, no knives available!. Red pepper but no cheese desired - cheese served because no pepper available, later still * small pepper bags found. Man from kitchen who brought pizza was friendly and helped where possible. The lady with the rings in the ears at the desk is overstrained.*Never ever a visit in this Pizza Hut.
