~Kat8642779: I called earlier this morning and explained to the rep that I had just moved and had trouble getting my mail at the new address. I received their bill and a disconnect notice, which was dated for * days after I was able to get my mail. I requested an extension for my next payday which was only * week & * days away. She refused to accept it saying that extensions can only be granted for customers of * months or more. I looked up my legal rights, having * infant and * disabled child in the home and called them back. I simply said "I called earlier to request an extension and pay my bill in full on the **th. I have an infant and a disabled child in my home and I know my legal rights. You Can Not legally turn off my electricity so make a note on my account that it Will be paid in full on the **th." She said "Yes Mam", made the note and I was off the phone in less than ** minutes. It's sad that some companies treat everyone like they are a bad customer. So, for anyone seeking advise - *. Wr
