~LarryL4Y: The driver must have rung the bell and ran. No delivery. I called and was told it would be delivered the next day. I called that morning and was told it would be delivered that day. I called back at * pm and was told that they "forgot" to put it on the truck so I could either pick it up myself (it's heavy and I have arthritis) or I could wait to Monday and IF there was room on the truck they would try to deliver it then.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Purolator. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Purolator problem?
~LarryL4Y: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LarryL4Y: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Purolator's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LarryL4Y: For that I would say three out of five.
