~ape ape: I added my verizon account to "bundle" it with qwest, and instead of a discount they promised, I ended up having to call every month for over * months to get it applied to my account. WHich they never were able to figure out until the *th month. Then a lady finally credited me for the past * months, and then what do you know...Eighth month rolls around and no discount applied again.*So I call to cancel and they are charging $*** for breaking contract. Yeah I want to break contract because your company can't stand behind its word. Plus every to years my bill went up unless I re-signed up for another two years contract.

~ape ape: For that I would say one out of five.
