~Lisa : Last January, My husband, daughter, and I celebrated his Birthday at Catalina Island. My mother had just died and we needed a well-deserved break. *Upon our return, my husband left our Redbox DVD's, several, in our friends Dive Shop, and it multiple calls to them while we pleaded for the return of our Redbox Movies. *Redbox charged my family over ***.** dollars with very little compassion!*As if this alone didn't take the cake (joke intended...), recently our accounts became restricted or closed.*Come on Redbox, I was told yours was a superior service. *( SO Sad... Calling me now with a full credit is the onle thing that can fix your your current insensitivity. I'm calling your Supervisors shortly!*Signed,*A very disillusioned Customer
