~sk: We went outlet shop. The manage not even ask the qustion? He was calling cop. , When we enter the shop, no one help the customer , the second one, we ask them trial socks, the floor guy didn't help me.*We tried one . no one help us the trial socks. When we came to counter, the manager said, u need buy. We like to pay, but, we want ot bring up there is no board or anything to show, trial one to pay?*He is allowing to talk, he call the cops. The store manager is not customer care? The same time, one customer, told me, his friend also they said. Very very poor customer care at Louden Outlet center.
