I ASK YOUNG LADY IF I NEEDED A DEPOSIT OR A GUARANTEE FORM SHE SAID EITHER ONE IS FINE I SAID THE GUARANTEE FORM PLEASE SEND TO FOLLOWING ADDRESS I REPEATED MYSELF TWICE AND SHE SEND THE FORM TO WRONG ADDRESS. THIS IS A WEEK AGO I CALL TODAY WEDNESDAY I WAS TOLD THEY SEND LETTER ON MAY ** AT *:** NOT TO THE ADDRESS YOU REQUESTED . WELL IN OTHER WORDS THE WRONG ADDRESS I NEED THE LIGHT SERVICE BY FRIDAY BUT IM BEING TOLD I WILL NOT HAVE LIGHT SERVICE BY FRIDAY UNLESS THEY GET THE GUARANTEE FORM OR DEPOSIT. I ASK AGENT DANIEL IF HE CAN FIX THIS ERROR THAT THIS YOUNG LADY DID HE SAID YES HE WILL MAIL AND EVEN SEND IT BY E-MAIL ADDRESS AND HOPE THAT THEY WILL RESPECT THE REQUEST OF THE LIGHT SERVIC ALONG WITH THE G-FORM BY FRIDAY I WOULD HAVE LIGHT SERVICE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVICER ARMANDO IN MEXICO CITY AGENT ID ****** WHO TOLD ME HE DIDN'T CARE WHOS FAULT IT WAS I ETHIER PAY UP THE DEPOSIT RIGHT NOW OR I WAS NOT GOING TO GET SER
