GetHuman-162408: I am calling on behalf of an ** year old woman, and am part of a gaggle of people giving her support and care as she passes away, probably before this fall. She has made payments as asked, but somehow the billing is "behind". ON her behalf, and as a help to her, I called and called and called and got a royal run around because they couldn't discuss the bill with me. She is penniless, and old, and dying, and you are signalling to her, in her condition, that she needs to ante up or else. Well, I am trying to clear the air between you two, and if I can't, then I guess you will just eat the bill when she dies. Moreover, you are contributory to her demise by shocking her ancient sensibilities with your billing. Common sense says that no matter who you think I am, how can I possibly be up to do no good on her behalf? How about this: call her, you have her number, she may not hear all that you have to say, she is VERY hard of hearing... BUT ask: is it alright for Dr. Emahiser to clear
