~rxplus: I am a pharmacist contacting RightSourceRx on behalf of a parent. Representative had horrible grammar, and asked me if the drug I was inquiring about could be the name of some other drug already filled. Scary! Where do they get these people? Don't they have to have some type of education? I asked to speak with a pharmacists, and was railroaded against this. Either the pharmacist didn't want to take a call, or the customer service person didn't want me to speak to a pharmacist. Either way, I didn't speak to a pharmacist EVEN when I requested one. What a disgrace to our profession! As soon as we are able, my parent will be switching prescription drug plans!
