GetHuman-358697: Ongoing non narcotic script w*this Company for (*) years w*o problem. Same presciption needed to be renewed* after (*) weeks they said my Doc did not get them the info.. My Doc said they did, however, did it again. (By now I'm completely out of premerine)My Doc said they do not like to call Rightsource because they are on hold too long - however - this was of utmost importance. Doc faxed again, & called on Thurs..Saturday I call to find out what the new problem was 'cause I did not get them & the told me it's a minimum ** day wait for new scripts. The history was of no importance. I asked the Rep to connect me with her Super - same robotic responce. CANNOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY - LESS EXPENSIVE, HOWEVER, DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH.
