Aplogizes and offers to transfer me**:**am transferred to Regan, Regan once again is a wireless representative says she will transfer me directly to Corporate Office Consultant**:**am transferred to someone, didn't get name, she wasn't corporate so she said she would transfer me**:**am transferred to Corporate Office and get Catherine on the line... guess what Catherine only deals with wireless**:**am transferred to Idoline, she is a Business Services Consultant and therefore can't help me with Residential issues and according to her she "can't get me anywhere"??**:**am transferred to Alana - she is a complete *****.
