GetHuman-411400: I have tried to get a plan that meets my needs based on usage and every time it has been substandard. I have asked for unlimited texting, data and daytime minutes and am prepared to pay a fair charge. Every month my bill is up to * times more than my contract. They are the worst provider and then they **** up on the phone when I ask them for the charges to buy out my contract so I can finally get the foul taste out of my mouth that they have left month after month. The sooner they are in my rear view mirror the better. It has been a hellish go the last * years and I have been with then since **** and apparently I am a valued customer.BS, I say and bite me Rogers you ****
