~angry at RM: seems to be a completely automated maze, finally I chose the option to complain (naively thinking that I would actually get to speak to a real person) but instead the automatron told me to go to the website to download a complaints form. Utterly useless, and my problem has still not been resolved.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~angry at RM: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Royal Mail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~angry at RM: For that I would say one out of five.

~angry at RM: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Royal Mail to know who you are.
