GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-juliecow: Long time customers of RT restaurants here in Statesboro,Georgia and elsewhere (family gatherings, *parties, girl-friend time lunches,etc. ). THE IN-HOUSE *PREPARED BLUE CHEESE DRESSING AND THE THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING ARE JUST PLAIN NOT *GOOD.. IT RUINED OUR SALADS! BUT WE HAD NO *CHOICE BUT TO EAT AND PAY.. COMPLAINED TO NICE MANAGER, DANIEL* ALSO TALKED WITH OUR *MOST ATTENTIVE WAITER, COLE, ABOUT OUR *DISAPPOINTMENT. WE FEEL RT'S NEEDS TO HAVE *THEIR CHEFS IMMEDIATELY ACQUIRE OTHER RECIPES.. UNTIL WE SEE A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER (LIKE THE OLD SALAD DRESSINGS) WE DO *NOT PLAN TO GO BACK.... AND IF ASKED, WILL SHARE OUR FINDINGS WITH FRIENDS. PLEASE *ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU!!!
