~bigdave007: Rugs Direct has failed me horribly in holding up to their advertisement promises. The add says that returns are easy and ***% guaranteed and I have fond that to be as far from truth then Satan is from God. I have been hoping that someone would make this problem right sense December **, **** with no luck nor understanding. I am now pleading for someone on the corporate level to contact me and at least provide true hope and reconciliation to my problem.***-***-****.
