~Abdullatif: Electronic service is very excellent. we have problem to talk to the customer reprenstive there is no option showing to connect to cutomer officer to explaine our problem. *** need to put more option to discuss with the phone officer or other electronic option to deactivate the service

~Abdullatif: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Abdullatif: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about STC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Abdullatif: For that I would say five out of five.
