~Done with Sam's: I recently tried to purchase a car battery at the Sam's Club in Pennsdale, Pa. I called in advance and they informed me they had one available but they were so busy it would take a minimum of * hours to replace it. I took the old one out myself and drove my other car to pick up the new battery. When I arrived ** minutes later they told me I would have to leave my old battery or they would charge me an extra **.**$ * tax on the new battery. The bays were empty and there were at least three workers standing around doing nothing. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. The only thing I could think of is they don't want to work so they tell you they are busy hoping you don't show up. Not to worry This member will never show up again. Done with Sam's...there are lots of other places to shop and I'd rather pay more than deal with ignorant and rude people.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Done with Sam's: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sam's Club's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Done with Sam's: For that I would say four out of five.
