~bellamonty: After buying a galaxy tab the motherboard went out in * *** weeks. I sent it to Samsung and told the service rep it was a new unit and I did not want it replaced with a refurbished unit. They gave me the run around for * weeks, different rep every call and different outcome every call. Finally after * frustrating weeks I asked for a refund. That was * weeks ago and I still have not received my money back. To top it off I lost money on the tax, screen saver and accessories I bought for the unit. I will never buy or recommend a Samsung product. Worst experience I have ever had with any company.

~bellamonty: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bellamonty: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bellamonty: For that I would say one out of five.

~bellamonty: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
