~dank: First contact was with customer care, who took information and forwarded me to 'executive customer care' where another agent asked what I needed. I stated clearly what I wanted (for Samsung to pay for parts and repair kit for a known issue with my out-of-warranty refrigerator) so that my repair guy could fix it. I waited about ** more minutes as she researched. Policies and procedures prevented her from giving me what I wanted, so I've asked to escalate. Will wait for the "supervisor call-back" in *-* business days.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Samsung. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Samsung problem?
~dank: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dank: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dank: For that I would say two out of five.
