~Shahid Choudhry : It took ** minutes to create a ticket and now I'm waiting to get call back... Purchasing Samsung smart TV wasn't the smartest thing I did. Samsung product and service are complete waste of $ and time.

~Shahid Choudhry : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Shahid Choudhry : For that I would say three out of five.
