~David: Since August ****, our Samsung smart TV cannot open any Netflix or Amazon tv shows. Every month a rep from Samsung says "they are working on the problem, but simply cannot get fixed." This usually comes after a half hour of them having me do different things to the tv (always the same, but none work), and trying to initially say it is Netflix problem (though we CAN connect to Netflix from our iPad and computer. No one seems to know why they cannot fix this computer*server glitch that does not enable Samsung smart tv's to open Netflix*Amazon offerings. I regret buying the Smart TV, since Samsung does not have the technical knowledge to make it work.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Samsung. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Samsung problem?
~David: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~David: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~David: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~David: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
