~ace: Waiting not an issue but I bought a Samsung chrome book and in * days the screen was cracked and my granddaughter was using it for home bound schooling. I was told one of their technicians would examine it and determine if it was broken from trauma. What answer would you think I will get? I then saw on the internet that numerous people had cracked screens on their Chromebook so instead of wasting her time my money,I can get a local man to replace it a lot cheaper than Samsung's crew because you know they are going to come out on top. Do not buy a samsung Chromebook or anything labeled Samsung!

~ace: For that I would say one out of five.
