~disgusted with Sears: Based on the * people, Ashley , Julia and David that promised to help solve me concern , I am more disillusioned now than before I called. Thank you for confirming via this phone call that Sears customer service is inept, at best and they have sneaky little methods of trying to make the complaitant just give up and go away. Go job. You succeeded.
