~SonjaNCK: I was amazed at the incredible quality of my service rep! You could hear the smile in her voice. Plus she didn't ask ** questions to find my order. She must have used caller ID and loaded it into the system. I had only given my first name and VOILA she had everything in front of her. *Problem resolved perfectly. See below for my previous experience.***After calling another Sear **** and arguing with a total of * people, being transferred *x and listening to each one say, well so & so should have...Yet it was so & so that had just transferred me!

~SonjaNCK: For that I would say two out of five.
