~noissues: Gotta say that I always pay my mortgage on time and never had a problem with Seterus.The many times I have spoken with them,they are very courteous and do their best to resolve my issue.I believe the issue most may encounter is that Seterus is branched out too much,example QBE first handles their tax questions*issues,QBE IS terrible at it and dont care for you at all.*Again the times I have spoken with Seterus,they have always been easy to speak with.The one issue I may have is that they dont allow email communications,most likely sue to their own protection in the event a court case might arise,after all they started as debt collectors before being a loan services
