~Evelyn Jones: I stayed in your Cerritos,California Dec.**,**** room ***,your toilet bowl needs proper cleaning as the water stain is so much,I can't imagine maybe you hire blind people now to clean.We are in the USA we have ways and chemicals,I have stayed in hotels all over small and big I have not seen this worst.I even took pictures to prove,but decided I care for your hotel all I want is to help you keep the standard of your hotelS.So please ,do something about it,so your customer don*t have to go somewhere to use the facility.thanks Evelyn jones
