~Lee: Shuts off data service a day before due date for service. Known fact that was verified by customer service. Got the text messages from their data service to prove that I had data left but they turned it off. Contact states data should be available for a full ** days. They are pocketing that money because they only pay the company they rent the service from for the data they use. So when they shut if off a day before they don't pay for that amount. Printed all my payments to sent to FCC for complaint.

~Lee: For that I would say three out of five.
