~GG: Sirius charged my credit card $***.** to renew my. Services without my permission (I had no idea they had kept my credit card numbers from the year before). They were to issue me a.credit and then destroy my card numbers. When I called to check on refund, they said they were issuing a check and it would take *weeks for me to get it. I agree with one of the other complainants, they are using my money to operate on I guess.

~GG: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GG: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GG: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~GG: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
