~Big Red: Talked to a supervisor and there was a lot of noise in the background. Asked if she could tone it down so I could hear her and was told there was a party going on. She got upset and told me to write a letter. Extremely unprofessional. Ended up cancelling service. Beware of this company. Was a customer for many years,but no more.

~Big Red: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Big Red: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Big Red: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Big Red: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
