~Ashlyn Lambert: My issue was not resolved and John Michael B. Tried to tell me my information was incorrect and it isn't. I'm very dissatisfied and if my issue is not resolved soon I will file a law suit.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Skype. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Skype problem?
~Ashlyn Lambert: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ashlyn Lambert: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Skype's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ashlyn Lambert: For that I would say three out of five.

~Ashlyn Lambert: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Skype to know who you are.
