~SoniceWall_Sux: I contact Dell SonicWall tech support on two different days in the last four days. In both cases I over a ** minute wait time. The first call I figured out myself, the second call I was told I should read the knowledge base then I wouldn't need to call. Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend to anyone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sonicwall. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sonicwall problem?
~SoniceWall_Sux: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SoniceWall_Sux: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sonicwall's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SoniceWall_Sux: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sonicwall customers?
~SoniceWall_Sux: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sonicwall to know who you are.
