~jboss: There excuse for lousy support is that they're "growing too fast." Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from this company unless you want to deal with long wait times, unintelligible tech support engineers, and no follow-up whatsoever. Also, that hold music will make take the gas pipe.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sonicwall. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sonicwall problem?
~jboss: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jboss: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~jboss: For that I would say one out of five.
