GetHuman-314599: This billing system is one of the most unacceptible systems I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. To begin with we received not one but two bills in the mail when this account was set up with equal payment plans & automatically paid through my bank account. Since January, **** when the account number was changed my account has not been processed correctly. January was paid on the old a*c *, February's bill was paid by Wells Fargo check ***** which leaves March Bill that wasn't automatically billed through the bank. The current bill we received was for two months & there were two separate bills for the same dates in one envelope. In other words, duplicate bills. Bottom line is that you are sending us a bill for two months, which we do not owe. In addition we have a service agreement which should be a charge of $**.** per month & this bill shows three charges. Service Sentry Installment as $**.** & Previous service sentry Installment in the amount of $**.**. What is al
