~Kylaraisiriveve: I'm going through this now I haven't even had my pre owned iPhone *s * days and I already have a headache! So I Then called and spoke to * PPL and no one can effin help me then the last agent i spoke with was. Very rude and disrespectful I'm appalled at how she handled the call . I asked to speak to a supervisor * minutes into the call she refused to transfer me * different times! She placed me on hold for ** minutes. And checking in every *-* minutes I actually timed it just to see if this lady was being funny she kept lying saying supervisor is busy. And there was nothing left to do but go *-* days again with no phone! I'm truly thinking about canceling this is HORRIBLE SERVICE if she's unhappy about her job I think she needs to find her another one cuz this ain't it.
