GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-aspen33: I've been a Sprint customer for YEARS and I'm so angry I could just spit! I've been raked over the coals several times. I have the LG G* phone which I love but just a week or two later the price of that phone dropped by $***! Why wasn't I told to wait to get that phone? Because it's all about greed that's why. They only care about their commissions or whatever reward they get for selling a phone*equipment. Additionally I was sold a home phone which was supposed to 'lower' my mobile bill AND I was told I could cancel the home phone at any time which was an out and out lie. I can't wait until my stupid contract is up with Sprint because I'm leaving and NEVER coming back! Liars! Liars! Liars!
