~Maurine: I've called sprint for * weeks and * days. I've been on the phone * to * hours each day with no resolve. I don't have the luxury of spending my life trying to get Sprint to handle me in a professional manner. I have yet to be given a rep or manager to assist me. In fact , customer retention thought my spending the better part of a month calling Sprint and getting no help was quite comical. This is a horrible company.

~Maurine: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Maurine: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Maurine: For that I would say two out of five.
