~aggieg33k: It amazes me how companies can have such horrible customer service and still stay in business, yet they have certain departments that give the excellent customer service that you deserve. If Sprint used corporate care as their only customer service, they would have much happier customers. My representative was very helpful in removing a line with no ETF, after having been told by other reps that it was impossible and I must pay the fees. I did not have to argue, yell or get mad. This guy just understood the situation and that I had been screwed over by a Sprint rep when I signed up. Awesome service!!! This is my first time using gethuman.com and it is amazing so far!
