GetHuman-lindsay5: Ive never in my life have had such horrible customer service & signal at that. first and foremost I've been on hold for about ** mins now. I've been transferred without even being told. I do not ever have *G, its so frustrating. I pay nearly *** for my phone every month and constantly having dropped calls, or cannot use my internet data because it is ridiculously SLOW. Nobody seems to be able to help me, I've been trying to resolve my issues for nearly * months now....every month we are troubleshooting my phone and the *nd phone my account for the most stupid reason. why can't i just have normal signal with *g LTE.
