~BvilleGuy: I called to get refund of a credit balance. The rep was knowledgeable and provided me with an estimated time it would take to get confirmation from finance. I gave a * on service because it will take about * days to get confirmation of the refund from Sprint Finance. I think that is too long but I can't blame the Customer Rep. Sprint Finance needs to get their act together.

~BvilleGuy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
