~Bonnie: I have spent hours on the phone with Sprint in the last year and a half since I terminated my contract because someone had hacked my new iPhone. I have been told I made this up, and they are charging me a $*** termination fee. I just found out after *.* years that somehow my iPhone was being forwarded to another number that I don't know. They insisted I knew it was being forwarded. I just recalled and was told I had a ** minute hold or someone would call me in ** hours. Ridiculous! Everything I called them when I had the *service I had to go through *** hour of prompts befor I could speak with someone and usually the call was dropped before I ever got through. On one occasion it dropped after I asked to speak with a supervisor when they refused to believe my phone was hacked. They told me in the trial period they have to call you back when the call is dropped. But They will only call back during the trial period. After that good luck ever getting through. GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~Bonnie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bonnie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bonnie: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~Bonnie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
