~BerrySandy: Yes I can. It was middle of the night, on November 18th.

~BerrySandy: Squaretrade provided me with the HP Support number to resolve my problem due to my HP Printer was still in waranty with HP. HP Support was terrible! I tried all the solutions they gave me, none worked, so they told me another printer would be sent to me. I told HP Support "do not send me anyone elses old printer, but HP assured me that the printer would be ***% Reconditioned and working properly. HP sent a broken printer, I returned it and called Squaretrade back to inform them of the problem I was still having with my current printer. Squaretrade sent me a FedEx label to send my printer to them without any further questions. I am so pleased that I purchased my Squaretrade Waranty, because I now have a new printer, not a HP, and another Squaretrade Waranty.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting SquareTrade. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a SquareTrade problem?
~BerrySandy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BerrySandy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SquareTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BerrySandy: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other SquareTrade customers?
~BerrySandy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SquareTrade to know who you are.
