~annoyed: Called State Farm to get an RMV-* form. First waited on hold to no avail for ** minutes, then to this number for another *.* minutes. In this day and age, especially from a corporation of State Farm's caliber, you should be able to speak to someone immediately. We customers pay our policies and request that you pick up the phone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting State Farm. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a State Farm problem?
~annoyed: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
