~bettiboop: If anyone says state farm is a good neighbor doesn't have a clue as to what a good neighbor is all about. Going on ** months of waiting for state farm to pay to repair the inside of my home from hail, rain & wind damage in Texas. They FINALLY paid to have my roof fixed, only after I requested a second adjuster to look at the roof. First adjuster is state farm's usual adjuster (morons) that said my roof didn't need to be replaced even though he didn't even get up on the roof. Best advice if you are unlucky enough to have this so-called insurance get a independent adjuster to do your claim. Our third claim was paid in a timely manner, adjuster was very professional, knowledgeable and unlike state farm adjusters he actually called me several times to keep me in the loop as to what was going on with my claim. I would NEVER recommend state farm to anyone. I have been a customer for ** * years and they don't have any loyalty to their long term customers much less any other customer of thei
