GetHuman-38997: My family has been with State Farm over ** years and I have had nothing but trouble with this agent who refuses to call me back for days so when I call corporate office about the three bills with three different amounts due at different dates due, which my agent Tim Broyles says it's corporate*home office that is causing this and they will check into and call me back and then it could be days so I decided to call corporate my self, and the corporate office says it's the agent and they called the agent while I was on the phone and that Tim Broyles from Jackson ga will call me in ten minutes, I waited almost * hour then his assistant John called and could hear Tim in back ground telling him to tell me that some other office didn't have the Multi car discount down and they would fix it and call me back and almost an hour has past and still no call tried calling the supervisor "Nicole" from corporate office and they didn't know how to get in touch with her! So what do I do now! Does anyone
