~toyguy: went to the forest park ohio steak n shake which we frequent fairly often. there was a family of three ahead of us and several open tables..... we were waiting about ten minutes and made the comment to those in front of us that nobody even acknowledged that we were waiting or even made eye contact with us..... the manager... a portly gentleman, was four feet from us working the cash register and not only did not say anything to us but seemed very rude and grumpy to the customers checking out....so everybody inline just left.... we then went to the colerain township s and s.... before we got on the door one of the servers met us and said the computers were dpwn ang it would be ** minutes..... we then decidedto just go to arbys and was in and out veey quickly.... moral of the story..... if you dont like your job and hate customers go and work at steak and shake!!!!
