~cmcd: One of your employees (Dawn) in the Dobbs Ferry store made a concerted effort to embarrass me - on MOTHERS Day no less! your cashier took my last $*.** in SNAP benefits& charged my debit card for $** (&change) - they then proceeded to tell me the charge didn't go through- even though the receipt said it did & I got the text that said it did! Then to make matters worse this 'Dawn' asked me if I paid for the other items in my cart I said 'm daughter doc's & pulled out the receipt - this woman then went through the bags & pulled out a box of tampons, held it up & asked (loud enough for other customers to hear) 'did I pay for these?' *This started out because I wad short at the register- it happens to people, especially people who are on workers compensation & other fixed incomes! Big deal, I put it back- most of the people in the store know that I put my own stuff back on the shelves because I know better where it goes than most part-timers- *NEVER HAS IT EVER BEEN SAID THAT I WAS LE

~cmcd: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cmcd: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Stop & Shop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cmcd: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Stop & Shop customers?
~cmcd: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Stop & Shop to know who you are.
